GENERAL· This Agreement, sets forth the termsand conditions that apply to use of this site (http://destinationweddingjournal.com/)and all sub sites that reside under the site (collectively, "LA POLOInternational Pvt. Ltd. Sites"), by a Subscriber. "Subscriber"means each person who establishes or accesses a connection("Account") for access to and use of the LA POLO International Pvt.Ltd. Sites.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE· The LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd.Sites are owned and operated by LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. ("theCompany"),an LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. group company, and containsmaterial which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied by theCompany, its group companies, various news agencies and other sources(including content partners), and is protected by international copyright andtrademark laws. The restrictions on use of the material and content on the LAPOLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites by the Subscriber are specified below.Except where specifically authorised, the Subscriber may not modify, copy,reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way anymaterial from the LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites including code andsoftware.· By using the LA POLO International Pvt.Ltd. Sites (other than to read this Agreement for the first time), Subscriberagrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to usethe LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites is personal to Subscriber and is nottransferable to any other person or entity. Subscriber is responsible for alluse of Subscriber's Account (under any screen name or password) and forensuring that all use of Subscriber's Account complies fully with theprovisions of this Agreement. Subscriber shall be responsible for protectingthe confidentiality of Subscriber's password(s), if any.· The Company shall have the right at anytime to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of LA POLO InternationalPvt. Ltd. Sites, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availabilityand equipment needed for access or use.
CHANGED TERMS· The Company shall have the right at anytime to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to Subscriber'suse of the LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites, or any part thereof, or toimpose new conditions, including but not limited to, adding fees and chargesfor use. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effectiveimmediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including but notlimited to, posting on the LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Site, or byelectronic or conventional mail, or by any other means by which Subscriberobtains notice thereof. Any use of the LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Site bySubscriber after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance bySubscriber of such changes, modifications or additions.
EQUIPMENT· Subscriber shall be responsible forobtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipmentneeded for access to and use of the LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites andall charges related thereto.
SUBSCRIBER CONDUCT· Subscriber shall use the LA POLOInternational Pvt. Ltd. Sites for lawful purposes only. Subscriber shall notpost or transmit through the LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites any materialwhich violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which isunlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicityrights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encouragesconduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give right to civil liabilityor otherwise violate any law, or which, without the Company's express priorapproval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products orservices. Any conduct by a Subscriber that in the Company's discretionrestricts or inhibits any other Subscriber from using or enjoying LA POLOInternational Pvt. Ltd. Sites will not be permitted. Subscriber shall not useLA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites to advertise or perform any commercialsolicitation, including, but not limited to, the solicitation of users tobecome subscribers of other on-line information services competitive with theLA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites. LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sitescontains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information,including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, musicor sound, and the entire contents of LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites arecopyrighted as a collective or severable work under applicable copyright laws.The Company and/or its affiliates own or have acquired a copyright in theselection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as wellas in the content original to it. Subscriber may not modify, publish, transmit,participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any wayexploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. Subscriber may downloadcopyrighted material for Subscriber's personal use only. Except as otherwiseexpressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution,retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded materialwill be permitted without the express permission of the Company and thecopyright owner. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution orpublication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of authorattribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. Subscriberacknowledges that it does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrightedmaterial.· Subscriber shall not upload, post orotherwise make available on the LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites anymaterial protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right withoutthe express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or otherproprietary right and the burden of determining that any material is notprotected by copyright rests with Subscriber. Subscriber shall be solely liablefor any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights,or any other harm resulting from such a submission. By submitting material toany public area of LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites, Subscriberautomatically grants, or warrants that the owner of such material has expresslygranted the Company the royalty fee, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusiveright and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate anddistribute such material (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporateit in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafterdeveloped for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material.Subscriber also permits any other Subscriber to access, view, store orreproduce the material for that Subscriber's personal use. Subscriber herebygrants the Company the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any materialmade available on LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites by Subscriber.· The foregoing provisions are for thebenefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party contentproviders and licensors and each shall have the right to assert and enforcesuch provisions directly or on its own behalf.
Disclaimer ofWarranty: Limitation of Liability· Subscriber expressly agrees that use ofLA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites are at Subscriber's sole risk. Neitherthe Company, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents,third party content providers or licensors warrant that LA POLO InternationalPvt. Ltd. Sites will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make anywarranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of LA POLOInternational Pvt. Ltd. Sites, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content ofany information, service, or merchandise provided through LA POLO InternationalPvt. Ltd. Sites.· LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sitesis provided on an "As Is" basis without warranties of any kind,either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of titleor implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, otherthan those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion,restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.· This disclaimer of liability applies toany damages or injury, caused by any failure of performance, error, omission,interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computervirus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized accessto, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortiousbehavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Subscriberspecifically acknowledges that the Company is not liable for the defamatory,offensive or illegal conduct of other subscribers or third-parties in casesincluding but not limited to any interactive communication on or through thesites and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely withsubscriber(s).·
In no event will the Company, or anyperson or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing LA POLOInternational Pvt. Ltd. Sites or the LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sitessoftware, be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct,indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out ofthe use of or inability to use LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites.Subscriber hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall applyto all content on LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. Sites.· In addition to the terms set forthabove neither, the Company, not its affiliates, information providers orcontent partners shall be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for anyerrors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness orunauthenticity of, the information contained within LA POLO International Pvt.Ltd. Sites, or for any delay or interruption in the transmission thereof to theuser, or for any claims or losses arising therefrom or occasioned thereby. Noneof the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or lossesof any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive orconsequential damages. Prior to the execution of a stock trade, subscribers areadvised to consult with your broker or other financial representative to verifypricing or other information. The Company, its affiliates, informationproviders or content partners shall have no liability for investment decisionsbased on the information provided. Neither, the Company, nor its affiliates,information providers or content partners warrant or guarantee the timeliness,sequence, accuracy or completeness of this information.

Ltd.Service Terms together with the Privacy Policy and all other additional terms andinformation that may be provided within the Service (collectively “Terms”)govern your use of the service, site, content and software (collectively the"Service"). Ltd. grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right toinstall and use the Software on your computer and/or mobile device. You may notcopy the Software, except to make a single archival backup copy. You may notdistribute, transfer the right to use, modify, translate, reproduce, resell,sublicense, rent, lease, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover thesource code of or make derivative works of the Software. For open sourcelicensed software, applicable open source license terms apply.· You may be able to submit informationor content (“Material”) to the Service. LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. doesnot claim ownership in your Material. Your submission of Material does nottransfer ownership of rights of the Material to LA POLO International Pvt.Ltd.. LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. is only transmitting the Material and isnot responsible for editorial control over it. By submitting Material to theService you grant LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. a world-wide, non-exclusive,sub-licensable, assignable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual andirrevocable license to use, copy, publicly perform, display, distribute in anymedia and modify the Material to incorporate the Material into other works, andto grant similar sublicenses to the extent necessary for LA POLO InternationalPvt. Ltd. to provide the Service. You may be able to adjust this grant in theprivacy and other settings of the Service.· You are solely responsible for takingbackup copies of the data you store on the Service, including Content youupload. If the Service is discontinued or canceled, LA POLO International Pvt.Ltd. may permanently delete your data. LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. has noobligation to return data to you after the Service is discontinued or canceled.

Ltd. retains all rights,titles and interests in the Service, its Content, the Software and in all otherLA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. products, software and other properties providedto you or used by you through the Service
Assignments· LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. mayassign its rights and obligations under these Terms to its subsidiaries, or toany company under common control with LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd.. Additionally,LA POLO International Pvt. Ltd. may assign its rights and obligations underthese Terms to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale ofassets, by operation of law or otherwise.
